WHAT IS A LASER BULLET

Instructions on how to use Laser Bullet

The Laser Bullet is extremely simple to use and most shooters will not need to read the instructions in order to use the Laser Bullet. But none the less, the instructions are as follows:

When you are sighting in a brand new rifle and sighting device.

Set yourself up a target at a desired range within 100 metres. (The dot may be hard to see in light conditions! But easy in shadows or dim light.)

  • Ensure your rifle bore is free of obstructuction. (Cleaning is recommended.)

  • Select the appropriate calibre Jacket and insert the 222 or 223 Laser Bullet, then load into the rifle and close the bolt. This will activate the Laser Bullet. ) If you have a 222 or a 223, you do not need a jacket!)

Assuming you have properly mounted your sighting device; (Scope) Position the Laser Dot onto your target and adjust the crosshairs onto the Laser Dot.

  • You will now need to fire a few live rounds for pin point accuracy, but the Laser Bullet should get you very close on your first shot.

For accuracy retention and use on already zeroed rifles

Laser Bullet was designed primarily to allow shooters the fastest way to sight in or Zero their rifles by reducing the number of live rounds of Ammo needed. And at the very least have you very close with your first shot.

Another excellent feature of the laser Bullet is in being able to allow you to retain pinpoint accuracy once you have zeroed your rifle in without even firing a shot! (This can be advantageous after you have knocked your rifle or you have fallen over or removed the scope or other sighting device.)

The way in which this is best achieved is by:

  • Getting yourself a piece of blank A4 paper, graph paper or target paper.
  • Draw yourself a crosshair if you don't have a target.
  • Set yourself up a distance of about 30 metres away.
  • Load your Laser Bullet.
  • Aim the correctly zeroed in rifle at the crosshairs.
  • Circle with a pen, where the Laser Dot occurs. (Should normally be a little below the crosshairs at 30 metres!)
  • Mark down on the paper the details of the rifle and load that were used.

Now if you knock your rifle or remove the scope, you will not have to fire a single shot in order to have the same degree of accuracy as you had before. Simply set yourself up as before and aim the laser dot onto the spot you had marked out and re-adjust the crosshairs to where you had originally drawn them on the paper.

The ability to be able to do this offers you the opportunity to be able to do things you would not have been able to do before, like:

  • Sighting in your rifle at home in the backyard. (Even if you live in town.)
  • Because you won't be making any noise, you won't be scaring any game off.

NB: Laser Bullet depends on aligning itself with the rifle chamber. There is natural variation from rifle to rifle and some barrels may be ever so slightly bowed. These little variables will increase any error in the performance of the Laser Bullet.
